Troubleshooting: SEC status is inactive in Security Cloud Control

The Secure Event Connector status shows "Inactive" in the Security Cloud Control Secure Connectors page after onboarding for one of these reasons:

  • Heartbeat failed

  • Connector registration failed

Heartbeat failed: Request SEC heartbeat and refresh Secure Connector page to see if the status changes to "Active", if not check if the Secure Device Connector registration failed.
